What to do:
1. Place tomatoes, garlic, onions and basil in air fryer; drizzle with olive oil
2. Ary fry for 15 minutes at 190C/375F
3. Pour into blender, add basil and stock if using
4. Make the cheese toasties.
Butter one side of the sliced bread, add both the cheeses and make into a sandwich
5. Air fry for 10 minutes at 200C/390F
6. Serve soup with cream and fresh basil
