Why Do We Crave What Is Bad For Us?

BY Happy Me Feeling Good
The old cliché that has a number to answer for because it says "if it is tasty it must be fattening." Take any list of favorite foods and there's little doubt that most will be bad things for us. We instinctively crave foods that are not the best option for us on balance-they are unhealthy, lack nutrition and often don't fill our stomachs very well – Yet, for whatever cause, we keep on coming there. Why do we want food which is bad for us?
There is no denying that food has a certain appeal which isn't especially good. There is not quite the beauty about the way the food tastes. Often it's a luxury.
If you're at a sports game chances are that the snack options won't include a healthy casserole, but will include burgers, hot dogs and various other foods that won't do a lot of good about your waistline. Often it may be anything as basic as the way a meal tastes – meet somebody that doesn't like the scent of fried onions and you might have just discovered life outside.

We just desire the unhealthy food as much as not, since it is easy. We 're used to it, we don't have to sit down and eat it or just pair it with the right side dish. It is easy, and good taste. All we ought to do is get to the stage that we have a safe alternative that is almost as trouble-free as possible. The best choice in this situation for many citizens is a sandwich – only as long as there isn't too much butter on it, anyway!
